Find an I-ACT Certified Colon Hydrotherapist Near You

When seeking a colon hydrotherapy professional, you want someone who knows their stuff.  Someone who is educated in the digestive system and trained to work on the public with knowledge and skill.

The International Association for C
olon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT) is the premiere professional organization for colon hydrotherapists around the globe.  Its focus on continued and progressive education in the field offers the public the highest standards for professionalism. Choosing an I-ACT certified colon hydrotherapist means you get someone who has the knowledge, skill and care you deserve.

The I-ACT education and certification process is being used by many states as the basis for laws to practice, so when you choose an I-ACT certified colon hydrotherapist, you know you have found someone who is well trained to practice.

I-ACT Certification & NBCHT Credentialing

The National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy (NBCHT) was originally formed in 2000 as a sister organization to I-ACT for the sole purpose of certifying therapists through standardized testing.

In 2013, NBCHT became a standalone certification organization focused solely on maintaining credentialing exams that are legally defensible and say a therapist has the necessary skills and knowledge to practice to a high standard.  Passing the NBCHT exam means a therapist can say they are among the best in the business and have the credentials to prove it.

All therapists now entering the profession must pass the NBCHT exam in order to become a certified I-ACT colon hydrotherapy professional.

"The International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT) heightens the awareness of the colon hydrotherapy profession,  ensures continuing and progressive education in the field of colon hydrotherapy, and implements professionalism beyond reproach."

- Mark Buse, I-Act President
